A different standard
Care that notices the whole picture.
Symptoms rarely arrive in isolation. Energy, sleep, hormones, stress, nutrition, medical history and the demands of daily life can overlap.
At Kindred, your story is considered before recommendations are made. Appointments are unhurried and structured: we listen carefully, review the relevant information, identify priorities and explain a practical next step. When another clinician or service is the right fit, we say so clearly.
Signature care pathways
Begin with what is affecting you now.
These pathways are starting points, not labels. Your consultation considers the overlap between symptoms, medical history and everyday capacity before a plan is discussed.

01 / Hormonal health
Transitions and changing patterns
Support through cycle changes, perimenopause and menopause, with a clear discussion of symptoms and care options.

02 / Energy & capacity
Fatigue, stress and sleep
A structured look at the patterns behind low energy, disrupted sleep and overload, shaped around your real capacity.

03 / Metabolic foundations
Nutrition without noise
Sustainable foundations for blood-sugar stability, digestion, appetite and long-term health without unnecessary restriction.

The Kindred consultation
Unhurried by design. Precise by nature.
Your first appointment creates a clear clinical picture. We map your priorities, relevant history, current care, lifestyle and questions before discussing suitable next steps.
- 75-minute private initial consultation
- Review of relevant results and current care
- Written priorities and next-step plan
- Coordinated referrals where appropriate

Meet the founder
Amelia Hart.
Women’s Health Practitioner.
Amelia founded Kindred to create the kind of appointment women often say they have been searching for: rigorous, calm and genuinely collaborative.
Her approach brings together careful listening, evidence-informed assessment and practical planning. She is especially interested in the points where hormonal change, energy, sleep and metabolic health intersect. This template includes space for verified qualifications, registration details, professional memberships and a personal biography.
“Good care should leave you feeling clearer, not more overwhelmed.”
Your first consultation
A clear process from the first conversation.
01 / LISTEN
We begin with what has changed, what has been tried and what matters most now.
02 / REVIEW
Relevant history, results, medications and current supports are considered together.
03 / PRIORITISE
We identify the questions that need answering first and explain why they matter.
04 / PLAN
You leave with a practical plan, appropriate follow-up and clear next steps.

Before your appointment
Frequently asked questions.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can request an appointment directly. If another clinician’s referral or involvement would support your care, we will explain that clearly.
What should I bring to my first consultation?
Bring any relevant recent results, a medication and supplement list, and notes about the changes or questions you want to discuss.
Are appointments available by telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth is available across Queensland where clinically appropriate. In-person consultations are offered from our Brisbane clinic.
Will you work with my GP or specialist?
Collaborative care is welcomed. With your consent, relevant updates and recommendations can be shared with members of your existing healthcare team.
Is this service suitable for urgent concerns?
No. Kindred is not an emergency service. For urgent or severe symptoms, contact emergency services, your GP or an appropriate acute-care provider.
