When should I book my wedding makeup artist?
Most brides enquire 9–15 months ahead, particularly for Saturdays between March and November. If your date is closer, please still ask—small-party and weekday availability can open throughout the year.
Is a bridal makeup trial included?
A tailored trial is included in bridal collections. It is where we test the complete look, photograph it in different light, refine product choices and document every detail for the wedding day.
Do you travel across Brisbane and South East Queensland?
Yes. MARÉE provides on-location bridal makeup throughout Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Scenic Rim, Byron Bay and selected destination locations. Travel is itemised clearly in your proposal.
Can you work with mature, sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Absolutely. Skin preparation and product selection are tailored to the individual. Please share sensitivities, allergies or active treatments in advance so the kit and application plan can be prepared thoughtfully.
How many people can you accommodate?
Elise works solo for intimate parties and assembles a trusted additional artist for larger bookings. Your proposal includes a realistic start time and service schedule based on the number of faces and photography timing.
Will my makeup last through heat, tears and dancing?
Longevity is planned into skin preparation, product layering and finishing. You will also receive simple touch-up guidance for lips and complexion without needing a full makeup kit.
