MEET ELOISE HART
A private-care philosophy built on observation.
Founder Eloise Hart created Paw & Haven after years coordinating private households and caring for anxious, senior and highly social dogs. Her approach is calm, intuitive and meticulous: learn the animal before asking them to adapt.
Eloise personally oversees every introduction, care plan and stay. A small trusted team supports walks and home visits, with clear notes shared after every booking.

Which pets are best suited to Paw & Haven?
We welcome well-socialised adult dogs and selected puppies, seniors and gentle special-needs guests after an introduction. Suitability matters more than breed or size.
How many animals stay at once?
Numbers remain intentionally limited and depend on temperament, household mix and care needs. We never operate as a high-volume kennel.
Can you administer medication?
Yes, for established oral or topical medications with written instructions and veterinary contact details.
What should my pet bring?
Their usual food, medication, lead, favourite bed or blanket and one familiar comfort item. We provide bowls, enrichment and beautiful secure spaces.
